Canoe Brook Management is the family investment office of the Goldberg, Klatt and Tycher families -- founders of Roseland Property Company. At its sale in 2012, Roseland was a multi-billion dollar full service real estate organization primarily involved in the development and construction of large scale multi-phase high density mixed use and luxury residential properties throughout the northeastern United States. Our track record of financial success earned Canoe Brook an unparalleled standing in the marketplace and a strong reputation for excellence and integrity among prominent financial institutions, development partners, private investors and municipal and state agencies. We are most proud of our long-term partnership with Prudential Real Estate Investors as their largest and most successful residential real estate development partner.

Today, our primary activities include management of our own investment capital and our retained properties, including mid and high rise luxury rental residential properties in New York, New Jersey and the northeast corridor. In addition, our investments include business interests that utilize real estate in a fundamental way.

Canoe Brook is focusing upon developing new mixed-use and residential multi-family rental properties for our own account, and from time to time, in partnership with significant owners of properties where our development skills and capital will add value. We have extensive knowledge and a history of effective engagement with state and local government officials to maximize the outcome of development opportunities. In this connection, we plan to invest these skills with clients, both institutions and families, who would like to tackle a set of issues that are preventing their portfolio from realizing full value, absent the assistance of a capable and experienced development team.
